No, we’re not going to prison.
As CTO of OneWatt, Paolo Samontañez makes visits to industrial facilities quite often. What he’s wearing is far from a prison uniform. It’s a fire protection suit that complies with industry standards!
We’re excited to let you all know that we’re making some pretty significant steps forward in our journey. At Rockstart we met with a few interested parties, one of whom invited us over to their facility. They had a number of industrial motors in need of preventive maintenance. It was right up our alley!
During our visit we got some data on how we’d be implementing future installations. We also got details on their motors and gathered acoustic emissions to build our library. We do this to grow our system’s intelligence and adapt it to each client’s specific needs.
Right now, we’re trying to find a way to make our devices explosion-proof. That’s the only obstacle stopping us from leaving them unsupervised 24/7. We’ll be back to the facility soon to get a 2nd set of measurements for our system and generate reports based on the data we collect. Paolo’s already excited to suit up.
We’ll let you know how it goes!
